In 2022, Rhize hosted another successful cycle of the Rhize Coaching Fellowship. We’re so proud of our coaches and all of the incredible work they accomplished. The 2022 RCF Coaching Fellows conducted 19 First Exposure Trainings across six different countries. Check out the 2022 Yearbook to learn more about this year’s class!
When asked “If a friend asked you, what would be the first thing you would tell them about RCF?” our coaches responded:

Meet the 2021 Class of Rhize Coaching Fellows
The 2021 Rhize Coaching Fellowship worked with 6 Coaching Fellows and 3 Coaching Mentors bringing together movement leaders and organizers from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and South Africa. The coaches were trained in movement theory, digital security, self care and collective wellbeing, hosting virtual sessions and how to conduct a movement map. The coaches mapped 32 movements, delivered 21 First Exposure Trainings (FETs) and trained over 300 movement leaders and activists. Check out the 2021 Yearbook!
