Build and Advise Strategy

  • Movement Strategy helps groups create a big picture strategy and theory of change for how they will create the change they want to see. This includes vision and strategic planning, program audits, community assessments and application of movement-building to brand recognition. This service is for those seeking to build a sustainable, activated community with a long-term strategy but is particularly useful for organizations with a decentralized base, brand strategy, big issue campaigns and community development.
  • Campaign Strategy and Implementation (grassroots and digital) — support the development and implementation of short-term campaigns, helping groups make more strategic decisions about tactics and methods of community engagement. 
  • Community Engagement Strategies and Implementation — help groups identify new leaders, create clear avenues of engagement and build frameworks for their offline and digital communities to multiply.


Trainings and Workshops

  • We hold trainings for organizational leaders, staff and community leaders on a range of movement-building skills and strategies from members of our world class Coaching Corps. Community Engagement

Rhize works with organizations to build sustainable community engagement and activation structures so that they can continue to absorb and enable more people to own and participate in their movement. This includes leader identification, core team development, recruitment and expansion strategies
