Movements have the power to topple dictators; Ivan Marovic knows because he's done it: In 2000, he helped lead the movement that brought down Slobodan Milosevic and ushered democracy into Serbia. Since then, Ivan's trained other groups around the world to do the same thing—from Egypt to Taiwan to Georgia to Uganda to Ukraine, but with more movements than ever before, just one person can’t meet the demand of movements around the world.
That's why we're excited to have Ivan join Rhize as Director of Training and Movements Support. He'll be helping the team develop a decentralized network of coaches like him, positioned all over the world to support movements facing increasingly difficult challenges, including here in the US.
Friends used to call Ivan a “retired revolutionary,” but he's stepping out of retirement to join Rhize because he believes in the importance of its vision to build the largest, most dynamic training infrastructure to support movements around the world.
